Szymon Moszny - Master of Physiotherapy, graduate of the Medical University of Silesia and the Academy of Physical Education in Katowice. PhD student at the Faculty of Theory and Practice of Sport AWF Katowice. Personal trainer and trainer, author of the PFS Advanced Strength Training workshop.
From an early age, he was passionate about developing the possibilities of the human body. He began his adventure with the world of strength sports in 2000, when he first went to training. He knew then that he wanted to tie his future to it. The work of a gym instructor gave him basic knowledge, developed later in college.
In 2006 he moved to Gdańsk, where he worked as an editor in the magazine “Fitness Authority”, after some time taking up the post of editor-in-chief of this magazine. In 2008, he launched the Polish edition of the American bodybuilding magazine “Muscular Development”, and then created his own bimonthly project, “Generation: Fitness”, which was published throughout the country.
In the period from 2006 to 2012, he published more than 100 articles on the methodology of training, nutrition and supplementation in sports. His work in the editorial office was always complemented by the trainings he gave to others. Loosely associated with various sports clubs, he worked with athletes of various disciplines, he also helped many bodybuilders from the Polish top in preparing for the starts.
His desire to work with people led him to start working in one of the Pure Health & Fitness clubs, as a fitness manager and master personal trainer. In his work he uses more and more new tools, based on modern training methods, such as functional training and with the use of bass, TRX, kettlebells, power- and sandbags as well as high-intensity interval training and sessions without the use of instruments. The desire to share knowledge with others made him find his vocation in the education of personal trainers as a trainer at the International ProFi Academy.
He specializes in strength, functional and medical training. It prepares athletes for competitions in body sports. In his work as a personal trainer, he specialized in a narrow plot of medical training, combining two worlds - physiotherapy and personal training. That is why trainings under his supervision are aimed both at achieving a strictly physical goal, as well as improving health, body motility and its functionality.
As an industry consultant, he shares knowledge with coaches on how to successfully build online activities.
