Despite 21 years of coaching experience and working with hundreds of people, for 7 years he has focused his practice on urogynecological physiotherapy and proper physical activity of pregnant and postpartum women. Every day he works in the office and in the training room. Her clients are both women in the perinatal period and patients with urogynecological problems, i.e.: urinary incontinence, urgency, disorders of the statics of the genital organ, incontinence of stool and gases, menstrual pain and pain during intercourse. She leads clients from detailed urogynecological diagnostics, specialized urogynecological therapy (including ultrasound therapy, emg/biofeedback, electrostimulation, manual work, kinesiotaping), to functional training tailored to the goal of therapy in the direction of restoring normal body function.
