MOTOR TRAINING. CONTRAST TRAINING AS A BASIS FOR POWER BUILDING IN PROFESSIONAL AND AMATEUR SPORTS. WAYS TO GENERATE POWER BASED ON A SPECIFIC VECTOR OF WORK.

In both professional and amateur sports, the ability to generate power at the right time and in the right direction is crucial. Contrast training is one of the most effective methods of developing power, combining dynamic movements with load and explosive movements without load, which allows you to maximize training effects.

During the workshop we will discuss:

• What is contrast training and why it is worth using it.

• Methods of selection of exercises depending on the work vector (direction of force action, e.g. vertical, horizontal or rotational).

• Practical training techniques and schemes that can be applied in different sports disciplines.

• How contrast training supports the development of power and transfers to the improvement of sports performance.

Participants of the workshop will take part in practical classes, where they will learn effective combinations of exercises, progression rules and tips for individualizing the training program. The workshop is aimed at coaches, athletes and all people who want to better understand the process of building power in sports.

We will also touch on the topic of muscles of the lower extremities, which are crucial for the stabilization and prevention of pain. We will analyze how the right approach to strengthening them can minimize the risk of injuries and improve the comfort of life of patients and wards. Every website has the potential to become a key marketing tool for a company, but its effectiveness depends on the right structure and user experience. During the lecture, Wojciech Smoła will discuss how to build websites that naturally lead users through the process, attracting their attention and encouraging them to take action and convert. The central element of the lecture will be the so-called “Grun Effect” — a concept referring to pages that, instead of facilitating decisions, complicate the user's path, creating redundant and unintuitive structures. Wojciech will compare this effect with the opposite of the strategy used by IKEA — where deliberately complicating the path is aimed at prolonging user engagement and increasing the value of the shopping cart.

During the lecture you will learn:

• How to build sections of the page that naturally lead the user to take the desired action.

• How to avoid the most common mistakes related to content overloading and excess options that can reduce the effectiveness of the site.
