EU4YA by tiguar is the largest fitness industry celebration in Central Europe. The congress offers training sessions for personal trainers and strength training specialists, workshops for fitness instructors, a dedicated conference for club owners and managers, as well as an expo filled with exhibitors. For 19 years, we’ve been staying ahead of the trends, delivering the latest, high-quality knowledge at a global level.
Whether you’re a professional or simply passionate about fitness, over the course of two days, you’ll have access to more than 120 hours of workouts, lectures, and workshops across 10 training zones. You choose what to participate in, allowing you to grow in a focused and personalized way.
