Damian Archacki
PhD student AWF Poznań, medical and personal trainer, author of PFS trainings, specialist in motor preparation and performance tests.
Damian Archacki - a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Poznań, currently a doctoral student at the Department of Athletics and Motor Training, medical coach and personal trainer. Author of trainings PFS Buttock Modeling with Analysis of Latest Training Methods and PFS Programming and Training Planning Level I, as well as co-author of the training PFS Functional Diagnostics in Training. During his education, he additionally completed more than 30 trainings, which together with the acquired experience in the form of 1300 personal trainings per year, help him to better understand the needs of the mentees and future coaches. On a daily basis, he works both with professional athletes (World and European Championship ranks), where he is responsible for motor preparation in combat sports (mainly in Brazilian jiu-jitsu), as well as people who practice physical activity recreationally.
In addition, as a member of the laboratory “LabAthletics” he deals with all kinds of performance tests, and his area in his doctoral thesis includes energy systems in sports. He teaches his students the awareness and the need for quality movement, and he wants to impart practical knowledge and guidance to the trainees and trainers so that they do not have to make the same mistakes.
