Associated with sports from an early age, associated with fitness from 17 years. Currently also a personal trainer. Member of RePS Poland. Mentor, Trainer and Presenter at ProFi Fitness School. Manager of one of the clubs of the CityFit network. As a trainer, she has an incredible joy and satisfaction in passing on the secrets of the art of instructor and motivating others to her development, and she puts accuracy and precision of movement and individual approach to each participant in the first place. Developing and acquiring new knowledge is very important for her, which is why Sylwia is constantly an active participant in numerous trainings, workshops and conventions in Poland and abroad. With the participation of other trainers, Profi Fitness School co-creates the training program and constantly adapts it to current trends, as well as being the originator of its own trainings and workshops.
