Igor Kaczyński

Founder of Train Better, Coach and Trainer. He completed his master's studies at the AWFIS in Gdańsk.

Igora is distinguished, first of all, by a high level of empathy, discipline and patience.

After completing his master's degree, he traveled all over Poland, gaining knowledge from the best specialists conducting their training in our country. His vast experience has translated into the creation of an ambitious and constantly developing team of specialists.

In his career, he has successfully carried out many returns to sports or activities, after various injuries, it is impossible to add the number of people he improved with demanding training. It helps support the training process of outstanding athletes in professional and amateur sports, from the Paralympic Games and team sports fields, to the climbing wall or mountain trails.

For several years, he has been developing personal trainers by conducting trainings and individual meetings, aimed at improving the quality of services of their companies. He creates inspirational and substantive educational materials, presenting many interesting and valuable training solutions.

Privately a happy husband and father.
