This session focuses on the key principles of youth athletic development. We'll explore what young athletes really need to make long-term progress — and what they often lack. We will look at the so-called critical developmental windows, gender differences and the importance of fundamental motor skills.
The second part of the session will be a practical overview of effective warm-up - what it should include, how to adapt it to age and sport discipline and how to make it a valuable part of training.
Participants will learn how to:

✅ Recognize and use “windows of opportunity” to develop speed, coordination and strength at the right time.

According to our own research, people who exercise in a group show more attachment, they cancel workouts less often, their subjective satisfaction with training is higher - they can compete, they can compare. The key to success is the right fit of clients in terms of training goals, motor characteristics, physical disposition at a given moment, performance but also, what is important, characteristic features.
