The workshop is aimed at personal trainers and fitness instructors who work (or want to work) with amateur runners - from parkrun runners to ambitious marathon runners.We will show you how to introduce simple but effective elements of fitness training to support runners in building a stronger body, improving technique and reducing the risk of injury.In a practical way we practice mobilization, activation and strength routines with the use of basic equipment (rubber, mini band, mat), which every trainer can immediately implement in work with clients.

Participants of the workshop will learn:

- How to build stability, mobility and functional strength crucial for runners

- How to create short and effective routines before and after running training

- How to recognize and address the most common movement deficits in amateur runners

- How to maintain fitness and injury prevention in training programs for runners

During this lecture without wrapping in cotton, I will show you what the actual costs of using steroids, SARMs and peptides are and how to minimize their side effects with diet and supplementation, among others. This session focuses on the key principles of youth athletic development. We'll explore what young athletes really need to make long-term progress — and what they often lack. We will look at the so-called critical developmental windows, gender differences and the importance of fundamental motor skills.

The second part of the session will be a practical overview of effective warm-up - what it should include, how to adapt it to age and sport discipline and how to make it a valuable part of training.

Participants will learn how to:
✅ Understand and apply key principles of young athlete development (LTAD, YPD) to build a solid athletic foundation.
✅ Recognize and use “windows of opportunity” to develop speed, coordination and strength at the right time.
✅ Design and conduct effective, age-appropriate warm-ups that prepare young athletes both physically and mentally.

I invite you for inspirations and confrontations of already acquired movement skills in slightly more difficult complex combinations, and to learn about the substitute teaching methods offered by Open Mind Pilates School.

The OM Bpdy Ball next to the OM Bosu is one of the best equipment for training deep static, dynamic stabilization and improving functionality. It will be a journey from therapeutic central stabilization to training in the myofascial approach integrating in movement all anatomical myofascial tapes, including particularly functional, deep ones and bands of the lower and upper limbs.

You will feel how the functional movement built on stabilization improves, but also requires fluidity and freedom of movement, the essence of which will be spiral flow movement.

Multipersonal training - maximizing profit, minimizing time - it pays off for you

According to our own research, people who exercise in a group show more attachment, they cancel workouts less often, their subjective satisfaction with training is higher - they can compete, they can compare. The key to success is the right fit of clients in terms of training goals, motor characteristics, physical disposition at a given moment, performance but also, what is important, characteristic features. They are supposed to feel comfortable in their company and training is supposed to get them out of this comfort. For clients There are many benefits of such 2-5 person trainings. For coaches, this is time optimization and profit maximization. In the age of overcrowded schedules and work after 12h, fatigue and burnout quickly come. Training in small groups is challenging and requires proper preparation and focus - they are much more energy-intensive for the trainer. However, building an appropriate price list and accounting for such trainings compensates for this effort. You can do less and earn more. During the lecture I will discuss the marketing of these classes, an exemplary way of conducting, methods, values in confronting threats. I will cite a dozen examples from the lives of coaches cooperating with me and their clients - how they react to the proposal of such trainings compared to standard 1 on 1. I will build a picture of the form of cooperation with clients that can inspire someone to use ready-made solutions.
